Living with ADHD can be disheartening. Being Me enables children to better understand themselves, to accept their uniqueness and to learn how they can make positive choices that will enhance their lives.

Being Me is a four week program for primary school aged children living with ADHD, ASD and associated disorders and aims to help children understand more about themselves, their value and their potential.

We believe that this program not only helps children understand who they are, but as part of ongoing behaviour management and encouragement by parents, the life skills the children learn will enable them to better respond to challenging situations at home and at school.

We run this program on an as needs basis and provide the children with information and life skills through fun activities and learning opportunities.
